 ibraries Inc Conference on 21st October 2016.&nbsp\; Our theme this year a
 ims to inspire papers and posters related to making the library a core par
 t of an organisation where services and resources may be invisibly embedde
 d and/or&nbsp\;the physical and visible space reduced. How are we keeping 
 track of the impact on our organisation? Are we leading the way and contri
 buting\, initiating or collaborating on innovative projects? Has this lift
 ed our profile? As always\, library professionals are innovators\, doing m
 ore with less. It is generally accepted that breaking out of our tradition
 al service provision is a good thing\, but what does this really look like
  in practice? What are the real costs and benefits to the parties involved
 ? What is the difference between collaboration\, cooperation and partnersh
 ip? And what are the critical success factors? For this conference\, we wo
 uld like to see the scaffolding behind the culture shift.&nbsp\;\nOur Keyn
 ote Speaker this year is Dr Christopher Leung\, Medical Lead\, Clinical Ed
 ucation Unit\, Clinical Supervisor and Academic Lead Scholarly Selective P
 rogram School of Medicine University of Melbourne\, Gastroenterologist\, D
 epartment of Gastroenterology Austin Health. Chris works with and uses the
  Austin Health Sciences Library across all his roles and will provide his 
 perspective as a clinician\, educator\, researcher and author on how a lib
 rary is quintessential in supporting these activities. \nConference Progra
