Manuscripts are reviewed for possible publication with the understanding that they have not been published (or made available online), submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. Presentation of a paper at a conference without published proceedings is not considered to be prior publication. Authors are responsible for statements made in the material.
The editors reserve the right to hold manuscripts over to future issues for publication.
Health Inform no longer includes personal news items, the exception being profiles (of people retiring) to recognise a long career in health libraries and where the content is authorised by the person concerned. Health Libraries Inc. considers the e-list the most appropriate forum for personal news items.
