We want to reflect on success in weather ing change\, or how we have overcome moments of disconnection and distorti on. We want to learn more about how we – as knowledge management professio nals\, as subject specialists\, as information literacy educators\, as peo ple in the health library space – view ourselves. As a profession we regu larly move through our organisations and our vendors re-structures and end ure significant change – what have we learnt while doing this?
