This is to notify you that the Health Libraries Inc. Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 20^th October 2023 at 3.30 pm at the William Angliss Conference Centre, 555 La Trobe Street, Melbourne.

All members of Health Libraries Inc. are welcome to attend. You do not need to be a registered delegate of the Health Libraries Australia and Health Libraries Inc. National Conference 2023 to attend the AGM.

Attached are the following documents:

· Minutes of the 2022 AGM

· Agenda for the 2023 AGM

· Annual financial report for 2022-2023

· Proxy voting form for those members unable to attend the AGM on the day

· Revised Terms of Reference

Proxy voting forms need to be completed and returned to hlinccom@gmail.com by 3.30 pm on Thursday 19th October 2023.
