Health Libraries Inc. is offering grants to HLi members for the joint HLA & HLi conference in Melbourne on 15-16 October 2026. The following grants are offered:
- Student Grants: 3 free registrations valued at $100 each for new library graduates or current LIS tertiary students
- Travel Grants: 3 grants of up to $1000 for the purpose of attending the joint HLA & HLi Conference in 2026
Key dates:
- Applications open – 1 July 2026
- Applications close – 31 August 2026 at 5pm
How to apply:
Applications must be submitted in writing (via email) to the HLi committee. Applications must include:
- An introduction about yourself noting which award the application is made for (250 words)
- Career information / interests in brief resume style
- A 200-300 word statement outlining your reasons for applying for the award and how the Conference will benefit you professionally
